How many times do you walk around and talk to people at… a party and they are completely wasted or whatever, and they have completely no idea of anything whatsoever.

As children, we are most likely oblivious to what is going on around us. Therefore, getting drunk to the point of oblivion…. that is childish. Immature.
Oh, but! There is nothing more I’d wish to do than go out and get drunk at 40 years of age!!!! Right!?

You had your time as a kid, and even as a kid with more responsibilities and the chance to do stupid stuff (teenager).

But now, this is the time of your life where you have to grow up, live your life, and put your big kid pants on.
No more fooling around like you’re 19 and just a college party boy, no.
That’s not the real world, that’s a delusional fantasy. An escape from reality because you don’t want to face the truth, which is this:
You are out on your own, have to take more responsibility of what you do, and have to start paying for things yourself.

The day the child realizes that all adults are imperfect, he reaches adolescent; the day he forgives them all, he becomes an adult; and the day he forgives himself… He becomes wise.
